PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
Eligibility:
The Refer-a-Friend promotion is available to existing italk Telecom customers with an active, live account (“Referrer”). A “Referred Customer” is an individual who is not currently an italk Telecom customer and who joins italk Telecom using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.
Referral Reward:
For each successful referral, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will receive a £25 account credit (“Referral Credit”). There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make.
Qualification for Referral Credit:
Referral Credit will only be applied when the following conditions are met:
The Referred Customer successfully activates a live italk Telecom account; and
The Referred Customer completes their first successful Direct Debit payment.
If the Referred Customer fails to make their first payment, cancels before activation, or enters the debt recovery process, neither the Referrer nor the Referred Customer will receive any Referral Credit.
Application of Credit:
Once qualified, the £25 Referral Credit will be applied to the account of both the Referrer and the Referred Customer and will be used against future charges. Referral Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Fraud or Misuse:
italk Telecom reserves the right to withhold or withdraw Referral Credits in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
Changes to the Promotion:
italk Telecom may modify or withdraw the Refer-a-Friend promotion at any time. Any referrals made prior to such changes will be honoured in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of referral.
