Once you’ve bought your fibre broadband package, it normally takes between two to three weeks for us to switch over and activate, but we’ll keep you notified of your live date via email and text. On the day, you may experience slight disruption to your internet and telephone services whilst an engineer gets you connected – but this does not need to be carried out at your home.
