Your estimated broadband speeds are calculated using data specific to your address and local network. We base these estimates on several factors, including the distance from your property to the nearest street cabinet or exchange, the type of broadband technology available in your area (for example, Full Fibre, Fibre to the Cabinet, or ADSL), and the performance of similar lines nearby.

These estimates reflect the typical speeds customers at your location can expect during peak times (usually 8–10 pm). Actual speeds may vary depending on factors such as your in-home setup, Wi-Fi signal strength, the number of connected devices, and network traffic.

Do I have to pay by Direct Debit?

Yes — we take all payments by Direct Debit. It’s the simplest and most secure way to pay, ensuring your monthly bill is settled automatically and on time without you needing to do anything.

What if I need extra help?

How long is the contract for?
